Debbie Golding

Debbie trained as a physiotherapist at The University Hospital of Wales. She gained a wide skill base in various fields, particularly musculo-skeletal work and sports injuries, before opening Woodbridge Physiotherapy Practice in 1993. Studying Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and the Bowen Technique broadened her knowledge and understanding of the whole person approach and the mind – body connection. These effective therapies enable her to treat complicated, longstanding problems especially those that have failed to respond to previous treatments – a challenge she enjoys. She is a keen sportswoman enjoying golf, tennis, netball and skiing.


Amanda Copsey

Amanda qualified as a physiotherapist from King’s College London. She went on to work at the Ipswich hospital and largely remained within the NHS, leaving for a brief 3 year spell to work at Oaks Hospital in Colchester where she gained valuable experience in the private sector. After completing her Bowen training she joined the practice to help set up the Suffolk Bowen Therapy Centre. Amanda has a keen interest in sports injuries having reached National levels as a junior in the field of Athletics.


Barney Clarkson

Barney trained as a Physiotherapist at Coventry University and has worked both privately and within the NHS. He joined Woodbridge Physiotherapy Practice in 2007, integrating a variety of advanced techniques and specialising in the treatment of physical pain and dysfunction. Trained in Myofascial release and Acupuncture and integrating many other techniques, he has a highly effective hands on approach to a wide variety of conditions. Barney also offers reduced cost, ‘multi-bed Acupuncture’ which opens up treatment to the wider community and makes it more affordable.


Julie Brumby

Julie graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 1998 and has worked extensively in the NHS, Private Practice and in Elite sport gaining invaluable experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries.Her approach is very hands-on and specialist skills include Acupuncture and Pilates.She worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist for the English Institute of Sport providing services to elite athletes in the region and has also worked with a wide variety of teams including the English Rugby Football Union and the Mavericks Superleague netball team.In the lead up to Beijing Olympics she treated National athletes from various sports including hockey, badminton, swimming and weight lifting.
