It involves controlled movements and emphasizes core strength, posture, and alignment.Unlike traditional strength training, Pilates emphasizes breath control and the mind-body connection, making it a unique approach to physical fitness.
Beccy is (or At the clinic we offer) APPI Pilates trained which takes the more classical Pilates and alters the movements to make this form of movement more accessible to all to make it a suitable rehabilitation tool. The modified exercises follow a unique, graded exercise approach  to guide clients from an injured state to a fully fit, functional, and efficient condition. This approach enables health and fitness professionals to empower clients to embrace Pilates at any fitness level. Consequently, the APPI Pilates Method has become one of the most popular forms of rehabilitation training in the healthcare sector.
