More and more people are surviving and living longer with cancer, but many face long-term side effects and extended health challenges. These challenges can significantly impact quality of life but they’re more manageable when people know what to expect and are equipped with practical strategies to support their recovery.
There is some amazing research showcasing the benefits of exercise and rehabilitation after a cancer diagnosis. Greater levels of exercise after cancer is associated with a reduction in cancer related deaths by nearly 50% and reduces risk of reoccurrence by up to 35%.
